Who owns the files I create?
You do! You retain full ownership and all rights to any files, designs, or content you create using our tools. You're free to use, sell, modify, or distribute your creations however you like. No restrictions, no royalties, no attribution required.
Do you store my files or images?
Not automatically. Files you upload for a conversion are processed and discarded. Subscribers can choose to save supported files (PNG, JPEG, WebP, SVG) to their Asset Library, up to their plan's limit. Downgrading never deletes your files: if you are over the new limit, your library becomes read-only for new saves until you remove files or upgrade. If your paid access ends entirely, saved files stay available to download for 30 days after the paid subscription period ends, and are then deleted. The Asset Library is a convenience, not a backup service, so keep your own copies of anything important.
What are credits?
Credits power our AI tools. Each subscription tier includes a monthly allocation of credits that reset at the start of each billing period (unused monthly credits don't roll over). You also get 5 free credits when you complete your profile. Need more? Credit Boosts let you purchase additional credits that never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! If you haven't used any credits, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked. Just contact us through the Contact page.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission. We only collect the minimum information needed to provide our service. We never sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What equipment do your tools support?
Our AI tools are designed for makers using CNC routers, laser cutters, 3D printers, and cutting machines. We support popular machines like Shapeoko, Glowforge, xTool, Prusa, Bambu Lab, Cricut, and software like Carbide Create, LightBurn, Cura, and more. Our knowledge base covers materials, settings, troubleshooting, and best practices across all these platforms.
Do I need technical expertise to use your tools?
Not at all! Our AI-powered tools are designed to be accessible to makers of all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced professional, our tools guide you through the process with clear instructions and smart defaults.
